#2. Susan Teaches: Clearing Energy. What is it, and why and how do we do it? (WRITTEN classet series: 1. Grounding Energy - 2. Clearing Energy - 3. Calling in Spiritual Protections)
Doing these three basic things creates a higher vibration where our lives flow easier and we can hear our Divine guidance clearly.
Everything is made of energy. All energy has a unique signature or frequency. When doing spiritual work - or honestly, just to go out the door to go to the grocery store - I like to make sure my energy is vibing high. The higher energy frequencies tend to feel good: Happy, joyful, excited, creative, and etc. The lower frequencies creates the opposite: Anger, hatred, guilt, shame, and etc. One of the best reasons to keep my energy high is because at that frequency, I am better able to get clear information from my Guides and Spirit Helpers (they operate at an extremely high vibration). There are many good ways to clear our energy, which in turn raises our frequencies. We are going to cover some of those in this mini-class.
