#7. Susan Teaches: Introduction to the Seven Major Chakras of the Human Body - The Symbols (WRITTEN Classet Series)

As an energy healer, Susan has worked with the body’s chakras (energy centers) for many years. Each one is unique and provides an insightful view of who we are and what is going on in our lives.

Last month we talked about each Chakra’s elements. This month we are looking at their physical representations.

Did you know that each Chakra has its own symbol? Not only are they pretty to look at, they have great power. Each symbol contains geometric shapes, colors, and Sanskrit characters. The vibration of these visual representations of our chakras can help to balance, heal, and strengthen them.

Understanding, and perhaps more importantly - feeling - the magic of these symbols can help us deepen our spiritual journey. And don’t forget, a healthy chakra also directly influences our physical and emotional health and well being.
