As an energy healer, Susan has worked with the body’s chakras (energy centers) for many years. Each one is unique and provides an insightful view of who we are and what is going on in our lives.

Last month we talked about the Chakra’s symbols. This month we are looking at the parts of the body that correlate with each chakra and why that might be important.

I have mentioned that the Chakras play an integral part in all aspects of our health. When being a detective to figure out why we are having a health issue, the following information can be extremely helpful.

Parts of the body associated with each chakra:


If we are ill or injured, we can look at the energy pattern associated with that body part. When strengthening that energy center, we then strengthen the associated physical issues for overall better health. This also applies to the emotional, intellectual, energetic, and spiritual aspects of ourselves.

Next month we will look at these body correlations and see how health symptoms are associated with each Chakra. This will allow us to look at our own personal, current ailments and easily track it back to the corresponding Chakra. Then the healing can begin!

Next month we will look at the physical body’s correlation to each Chakra.
