  Read on in Substack! As we raise our energy frequency from a 3rd Dimension to a 5th Dimensional state, our physical bodies change too. They become more crystalline. Energetically we are currently purging the old unhealthy and wounded patterns that are within us all. This is a natural process. This may be the angst, anger, and pain some of us are feeling. We can consciously work with healing methods to ease and speed this process. As our physical bodies shift and clear, we can experience this in various ways. As an energy healer, Susan has worked with the body’s chakras (energy centers) for many years. Each one is unique and provides an insightful view of who we are and what is going on in our lives.
