Susan Rambles: Our New Crystalline Bodies. One of the perks of 5D existence.

As we raise our energy frequency from a 3rd Dimension to a 5th Dimensional state, our physical bodies change too. They become more crystalline. Energetically we are currently purging the old unhealthy and wounded patterns that are within us all. This is a natural process. This may be the angst, anger, and pain some of us are feeling. We can consciously work with healing methods to ease and speed this process.

As our physical bodies shift and clear, we can experience this in various ways. There is a very long list of what we call, “Ascension Symptoms.” Here are just a few:

  • Headaches and brain fog

  • Hair loss

  • Skin rashes

  • Sleep disturbances

  • Gut and digestive malfunction

  • Really, any physical ailment can indicate a purging of the old as we move into the new.

Of course, these symptoms could be indicating something else and I recommend you consult your health care professionals as needed. I also recommend that you check in with your Spirit Guides to see if what you are experiencing is Ascension Symptoms. Ask them to help clarify and ease this process. I have asked my Guides many times for relief from my pain and anguish which has been extremely helpful. Just knowing what is happening can be a tremendous relief. To know the bigger picture, to know where we are headed. It’s like climbing the mountain - hard work but so worth it. And as we ease into the process, the “work” becomes down right enjoyable.

As we move into the higher vibrational crystalline body, everything changes. Our five senses and intuition become heightened. We need less food. We crave less dense food, and more natural food. At some point we won’t need to eat at all. We sense Oneness. The illusion of separateness falls away and we feel connected to all. Our natural abilities and desires effortlessly rise to the surface and we realize that not only can we pursue these things but we are meant to do so. All of the Universe supports us in our joyful explorations. Our hearts expand and we realize that our natural way of being, comes from the heart and not the head. We remember who we are and why we have chosen to come here to earth at this time.

Ultimately, the path of higher vibration is our conscious choice. The state of our energy frequency is determined by each choice we make throughout the day. The path to our crystalline bodies is determined by our vibrational state.
