We Distribute forward and Factor backward, Distribute forward, Factor back.  Out, back - out, back with no real applicable end in sight.  Let there at least be meaning in my suffering.  But no, we distribute/factor on, in mindless repitition.

What I know now, that I did not know then, is that when we get quiet our demons arise. Any unresolved emotional wounds come roaring up. This is why many of us back away from meditation - it’s no fun at first! But this is actually a good thing because it allows us to become self aware of what’s inside (and running the show).
