As an energy healer, Susan has worked with the body’s chakras (energy centers) for many years. Each one is unique and provides an insightful view of who we are and what is going on in our lives. Today, it’s all about the first Chakra called the Root or Base Chakra. Last month we talked about the parts of the body that correlate with each chakra and why that might be important. I have mentioned that the Chakras play an integral part in all aspects of our health. This can help us figure out why we are having health issues, which is why it matters. And beyond physical symptoms, Chakras reveal issues within the emotional, mental and spiritual areas of our lives too. Let’s go chakra by chakra to dive deeper.
