In review, two months ago (classet #6) we learned how to ask our bodies a “Yes” or “No” question. We can easily apply this technique when trying to figure out if the emotion or pain we are feeling actually belongs to us versus someone else (Remember, Sensitives and Empaths often pick up these energies from others). This is critical information because we will handle a “Yes” answer very differently from what we will do for a “No” answer.  Last month (classet #7) we found out what we can do if our body tells us, “Yes, this emotion/pain does belong to you.”

Today we will explore what to do when the answer is, “No, this emotion/pain does NOT belong to you.”

Next month we will learn how to release energies that do not belong to us.
