As some of you know, I got a part time job as a Barista a few months ago.  I am less and less terrified as I am learning the ropes and getting the hang of things.  The learning curve was steep to be sure; the world of coffee was weird and new to me.  I’m not a daily coffee drinker and the only thing I have ever ordered was a latte (and sometimes a mocha), and that’s because I didn’t know what all of the other items on the menu were.  I confess, I was an intimidated coffee-orderer.
