Classet #6

What we will focus on in this series, is what do we do about it?! We know that folks like us, who are sensitive to the energies around us, pick up a lot of information. Often it can feel like way too much information. And if you are an empath, you can even feel it in your own body as though it is your own. This not only includes emotions but it can also be physical pain. This is why so many of us can feel like this spiritual gift is a “curse.” Today we are going to learn one of several techniques that will help us figure out what is going on and why.
