Channeled Question:  Why don’t I like to meditate?  I have tried and tried but it doesn’t work.

Channeled Source:  Pleiadians

Susan’s Note:  These Pleiadians are a collective of high vibrational beings from the Pleiadian star system.  They have close ties to earth and care deeply what happens to us.  They are here to assist humanity.

Answer:   We would like to answer this question and so we step forward during Susan’s meditation.  In fact, we have suggested this question.  Many of you have heard how beneficial meditation can be for humans.  In fact, there have been many of your scientific studies on the subject.  We do not necessarily disagree with any of it.  We do, however, suggest that there is more to the picture.  That is what we would like to address at this time.  We are not experts on human meditation, per se.  We are experts on raising human vibration.  And in fact, that is one of our main purposes for being here at this time.  Meditation, well done, will do just that.  It will help clear the human energy field of lower vibrations which will then naturally cause it to rise.  A higher vibrational state is a healthier state.  For example, many of your joyful emotions are found there.  But it isn’t just emotions, it is also physical health and well being.  Lower vibrations distract and hinder the healthy flow of energy in the human energy system.  This causes all sorts of distortions in the physical body (as well as mental, emotional, and spiritual functionalities).  In a nutshell, meditation is healthy on every level of your being.  So, what does one do when one can't seem to meditate?  We would like to remind you that there are many ways to meditate.  The goal is to quiet the mind and see the ego-self for what it is.  The ego is not bad in any way, but it is also steeped in fear and limitation.  That is part of its purpose and assists the human in having the full human experience on this earth plane.  As you learn to quiet the mind and let go of anxiety and fear, you will then naturally allow your energy vibration to rise, as we have just mentioned.  What allows you to do this?  Think back on your own life for those moments when you felt joy.  When you were able to release a measure of fear.  When you were feeling more loving to others and towards yourself.  Think about it.  What were you doing?  What brought on those beautiful moments?  Now, move heaven and earth to create more of those moments.  The more you create them, the more you will feel the peace that meditation brings.  We call these activities Meditation.
