Message: The earth is going through a monumental shift in energy - along with everyone and everything on it. There are scientific measurements that show this, but for this writing, we will speak of the spiritual ramifications. Higher vibrations equate to differences in the human existence unlike anything you have known. This includes the awakening of your spiritual, intuitive gifts. These gifts will be different for each person, but you can trust that they are the gifts that you need for this incarnation. Each of you came with a specific plan of what you want to do in this lifetime. These unique gifts support that plan perfectly. Explore them. In the meantime, the physical body is shifting through these vibrational changes. Because it is a denser energy (bodies are made of energy), they can experience difficulty during this shift. Many of you are experiencing other odd symptoms besides lack of sleep, which is a common side effect of this process. There are two things that might be helpful here. One, know what is happening. Two, give your body what it needs at this time - extra rest, and clean water and food. You will also find it helpful to decrease stress as much as possible. If you are honest with yourself, you know what that would mean. Consider people, places, events, and organizations that run counter to your inner peace.
